„Die Zimmer waren klasse, die Küche auch gut ( nur zwei...
Die Zimmer waren klasse, die Küche auch gut ( nur zwei Tassen!) hatten für drei Personen gebucht. Die Austattung ansonsten ok. Der Pool war schön.Der Rest siehe unten !! Schlecht !!
Anfahrt nicht möglich. Rezeption nicht vorhanden. Drei TVs, KEINER hatte Signal !! Parkplatz nicht vorhanden (sollte voll sein, ein Stellplatz besetzt, sonst frei !!) Nur ein ! Badehantuch für drei Personen !! Hilfe auf Nachfrage wurde ignoriert, kein Mensch kam oder meldete sich !! Frühstück NICHT im Hotel, 10 Minuten gehen, am Strand, schlicht weg ein Witz ! Drei Scheiben Obst, Stärke ca. 1.5 mm, ein Esslöffel Jogouhrt, zwei Scheibchen Baguette, 2 gr Butter 5 gr Marmelade ein Kaffeee. Sollte laut Hotel ab 09.30 Uhr geben, auf Nachfrage imRestaurant : 10.30 Uhr !!Insgesamt 8 Mal nachgefragt und jedesmal Hilfe bestätigt aber NIE erfolgt !! Keine Auszeichnung als Hotel ! außen, es roch sehr stark nach illegal !!! Warum Booking dieses "Hotel" führt ist unverständlich und mir absolut schleierhaft!! Nach vielen guten Erfahrungen mit Ihnen : ein absoluter Fehler, muß mir ernsthaft überlegen ob ich in Zukunft weiter über Booking buchen werde !! Uwe Albers

The view of the sea and the balcony.
The view of the sea and the balcony.
They were supposed to give us a free breakfast because we arrived and they didn't have the keys for the room, so we had to wait, then get transferred to another room then they called us to go back to the other room cause they were able to open it. After the inconveniences they never answered the phone. There is not a hotel lobby nor people actually working at the place. We woke up every morning at 5 am because of the roosters that live at the next property. Theres also two dogs they keep leashed to a tree and are constantly crying. The bed is uncomfortable and theres very little hot water (5 min. aprox.) Its impossible to get inside the pool cause it has a roof and its always cold they have two pools in the picture on of them is not a pool and the other one is cold as hell.

Disappointed in nearly every way. Noisy, dirty neighbourhood, almost nothing as advertised.
The cleaning staff did a good job. Rooms are acceptably clean and comfortable. Not far from downtown. Good view of the ocean from most of the rooms. Some parking available if you're not afraid to do some creative driving.
Nothing was as advertised. No breakfast. No functional wi-fi. Only some parking available at times. Located in an area otherwise populated by mostly small shacks with very noisy roosters and dogs that didn't stop making noise all night every night. Difficult to find. No functional A/C. Pools are not even worth looking at - basically tiny kid-size bathtubs.

Disappointed
The view from the rooftop pool area was beautiful. The walk to the beach and town not too bad
I read that you would hear roosters and dogs in Sayulita but I wish I had know that right under our suite the locals had 5 roosters in a cage. The stated crowing from 12:30 am all night long. The bed was super hard. The rooftop common area has been converted to a room so you could only lounge on a couple chairs. The pool was dirty. There was no cable tv as advertised but smart tv which we could not use as the wifi signal is too week. As it was pouring rain the day we left we asked to stay in our room a couple extra hours until our ride to the airport artived but the would not accommodate this.
