The view of the sea and the balcony.

They were supposed to give us a free breakfast because we arrived and they didn't have the keys for the room, so we had to wait, then get transferred to another room then they called us to go back to the other room cause they were able to open it. After the inconveniences they never answered the phone. There is not a hotel lobby nor people actually working at the place. We woke up every morning at 5 am because of the roosters that live at the next property. Theres also two dogs they keep leashed to a tree and are constantly crying. The bed is uncomfortable and theres very little hot water (5 min. aprox.) Its impossible to get inside the pool cause it has a roof and its always cold they have two pools in the picture on of them is not a pool and the other one is cold as hell.

Disappointed in nearly every way. Noisy, dirty neighbourhood, almost nothing as advertised.
The cleaning staff did a good job. Rooms are acceptably clean and comfortable. Not far from downtown. Good view of the ocean from most of the rooms. Some parking available if you're not afraid to do some creative driving.
Nothing was as advertised. No breakfast. No functional wi-fi. Only some parking available at times. Located in an area otherwise populated by mostly small shacks with very noisy roosters and dogs that didn't stop making noise all night every night. Difficult to find. No functional A/C. Pools are not even worth looking at - basically tiny kid-size bathtubs.

The view from the rooftop pool area was beautiful. The walk to the beach and town not too bad
I read that you would hear roosters and dogs in Sayulita but I wish I had know that right under our suite the locals had 5 roosters in a cage. The stated crowing from 12:30 am all night long. The bed was super hard. The rooftop common area has been converted to a room so you could only lounge on a couple chairs. The pool was dirty. There was no cable tv as advertised but smart tv which we could not use as the wifi signal is too week. As it was pouring rain the day we left we asked to stay in our room a couple extra hours until our ride to the airport artived but the would not accommodate this.

Poor staff aka no staff, not hot water, comfy bed.
Comfy bed, good bedroom a/c, internet worked as long as you reset the router daily.
No sign so took us 3 tries to finally find it. There seems to be no one working there. The person who checked us in disapeared right after gave us his number if we had a problem. Next morning we texted twice about the breakfast, no answer. Day after needed toilet paper no answer. Had to finally take one from “office” bathroom. We had no hot water in our room for first 5 days. On our last night we had to switch rooms (we didnt want to move hotels for one night) and that room had hot water!!! Ridiculous! It wasnt even slightly warm, it was freezing in our first room. Also went to use toilet on our third morning and found out the water was shut off. But no notice from the non exsistant staff. No answer back when we texted. This was about 9am when people get up shower and use the toilet. Apparently breakfast is included. LIES! Upon check in no mention of breakfast the next am. Texted the staff memeber that am, no answer. We waited around he finally showed up at 11:30 and said it was at a restaurant called the Patio, which mind you is a 10 min walk to town. We arrive to the worst service ever as well as to find out all we are allowed to get is a small fruit plate and a coffee or OJ. My boyfriend and I got sick that afternoon. Also, we went to use both wine and water cups. They were still dirty from last guest. I guess housekeeping does not look in cupboard! GROSS!
